General Buyer Info for 2012
Horses can be viewed in person at the Auction Preview event being held on Friday, February 17 at 4:00pm.
Appointments can be made for private review and trial of any horses offered at the auction beginning the week prior to the auction. Please call 908-839-3606 to set up an appointment.
It is the potential buyer’s responsibility to review the 2012 Terms and Condition of Sale.
All horses have been examined by our veterinarian, Dr. Brendon Furlong, and have vet reports and recent x-rays on file at the Auction Office. Dr. Furlong or one of his associates will be available to review the vet report and x-rays for any auction horse with a potential buyer or the buyer agent or vet.
All potential buyers wishing to bid on a horse at the February 20th event, MUST be registered as a bidder. The Bidder Registration Form (available online or on site) must be completed. Registration can be done by FAX or IN PERSON at the Auction office. The office fax is 561-791-1543.
Once a person is a winning bidder on the evening of the auction, he/she will be required to sign an Acknowledgement of Purchase and will then assume ownership of the horse as such.
